It is a gap that we have not dealt with in a coherent way in the Islamic Republic system, considering that Iran is a leader in the field of law-making, transforming these laws into an executive plan and program with an Islamic strategic approach that will lead to the activation of the public body and caring officials of the society. It is an urgent and fundamental need today and its lack is very noticeable this institution, with the important activities it has done so far, can continue with more coherence, it will provide the prosperity of the structural view and the achievement of many goals which may not be easily implemented through the administrative organization due to the many administrative processes and challenges.
The Islamic Strategic Management Institute's Goals and Missions
1. Advisory and strategic arm for popular institutions and other active institutions in the fields of science, culture, economy, management, health, religion, and society in the national and international dimension, under the rules governing the organizations in the form of think-tank working groups;
2. Creating, strengthening, and developing effective and strategic communication in the Islamic world with a focus on people and popular institutions and all institutions, including the leadership office, universities, scientific centers, seminaries, governmental and non-governmental organizations, and non-governmental organizations inside and outside of Iran and elites scientific and cultural;
3. Using the capacities of this institution and the irreplaceable personality of scholars, personalities, elites, managers, and others who are most effective in creating synergistic thinking in the popular body of the society inside and outside of Iran according to the experiences of the members of the institution;
4. Forming a union between non-governmental institutions and organizations and creating a comprehensive system of people's management inside and outside of Iran by important and strategic issues by using the rich capacities of this institution in the field of plans and programs;
5. Planning and directions necessary for the establishment of people's centers based on Qur'anic and hadith knowledge, legal, management, commercial, investment, commerce, and necessary consultations for them in the quality of strategic management of plans and programs and future research of activities;
6. Forming a comprehensive information bank of centers, institutions, personalities, and other essentials for advancing the high goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran and active institutions in the field of humanities and Islamic sciences;
7. Taking advantage of the capacities of Islamic places in the national and international arenas to create a permanent base for the publication of Islamic knowledge and project management;
8. Holding virtual training courses for strategic project management applicants in the Islamic world at different stages;
9. Formation of a qualitative active model and update of Islamic plans and programs with a strategic and executive approach to spread pure Islam through people and targeted use of the capacities of non-governmental organizations, virtual space, and other institutions.
