Consulting

Providing consultation to various public, governmental, academic, and other relevant institutions; purposeful cooperation and participation in implementing their projects and following up until results are achieved; as well as offering strategic and operational consultation for national and international investors to engage in impactful projects across different fields, with an approach focused on creating added value;

Drafting Strategic Documents

Preparing strategic documents that outline the current and desired situation; drafting vision statements, structures, organizational frameworks, and job descriptions, based on contemporary management knowledge and the needs of institutions and target communities;

Drafting Comprehensive Operational Plans

Preparing comprehensive operational plans, performance-based and statistical reports, analytical foundations, and providing innovative ideas and fundamental transformations in line with the needs of organizations and communities;

Strategic Communication

Establishing effective relations with individuals and legal entities at the national and international level, including universities, educational, research, cultural, knowledge-based centers, and other related institutions, in order to facilitate the implementation of fundamental and strategic joint programs aligned with the objectives and policies of Islamic countries;

Holding Meetings, Conferences, and Training Courses

Organizing specialized and promotional conferences in various fields, as well as holding capacity-building courses for senior managers of organizations, aimed at strengthening collective wisdom and program-oriented approaches;

Think-Tank Working Groups

Establishing strategic and planning councils tailored to the needs of institutions and target communities, in the form of think-tank working groups, ten of which have already been formed;

Knowledge Production

Producing knowledge and strategic management content for Islamic projects in the relevant fields mentioned within the working groups;

Advancing Projects

Conducting fundamental, strategic, and operational studies, and utilizing all capacities, tools, and methods, including cyberspace, development of technological, innovative, and knowledge-based products, skilled human resources, and institutions, in order to advance priority projects in the Islamic world.

Duties of ISMI 

1. Conducting strategic studies, institutional and procedural pathology, and drafting roadmaps in the fields of communications, agreements, publications, profitability, targeted and specialized use of cyberspace capacities, and more, for related and aligned organizations;

2. Providing necessary strategies for the establishment of NGOs and centers across the country, the region, the Islamic world, and other priority countries, by leveraging the institute’s existing communication capacities;

3. Facilitating and assisting in advancing desired programs aligned with the objectives of the Islamic world in diverse fields such as universities, seminaries, education, cultural and culture-building institutions, cyberspace, family, economy, religion, health, use of websites, and more;

4. Holding capacity-building courses in strategic management for senior managers in governance, governmental, and public organizations, in the fields of organizational structuring and drafting strategic documents, covering current status, desired status, and tangible algorithms to achieve optimal outcomes;

5. Developing convergent relations with domestic and international organizations to familiarize them with institutional capacities, inviting influential figures, and fostering constructive interactions with other religions;

6. Providing strategies for establishing sustainable financial systems for governmental institutions, private organizations, and bodies affiliated with the institute, along with institutional and procedural follow-ups to achieve results in this area;

7. Establishing effective communication with scholars and intellectuals to expand relevant activities, as well as providing necessary facilitation for the signing of memorandums of understanding;

8. Forming a Strategic Council and planning committees within the institute, with specialized subcommittees in these areas, and ensuring coordination with other departments of the institute to help advance objectives;

9. Creating an idea bank to utilize the potential of innovative minds with the aim of reducing costs and increasing efficiency;

10. Providing continuous comparative, analytical, and statistical reports, using new methods to monitor the progress of objectives, along with other duties defined according to emerging needs.
