The Second General Assembly of CINVU was held by the Islamic Strategic Management Institute efforts with the presence of Islamic countries' academic representatives.

According to the ISMI Public Relations Report, The organize of CINVU's First Executive Committee and the examination of the fields of starting educational and research cooperation were among the programs of the Second General Assembly of CINVU, which was hosted by Iran's Payame Noor University in the capital of this country.

In this event, which was accompanied by the granting of the extension order of the Secretary-General Dr. Karim Najafi Barzegar by the CHOMSTECH special representative, CINVU members' awareness about the plans of this organization to compare and rank universities in Islamic countries, identify focal points, integrate documents and certificates, launch intelligent service systems, etc. of CINVU which will be implemented by the efforts of Islamic Strategic Management Institute.

The planning and organization of this international event has been done by the Islamic Strategic Management Institute in cooperation with CINVU Secretariat and Iran's Payame Noor University.
