The Third General Assembly of CINVU was held by the Islamic Strategic Management Institute efforts with the presence of Islamic countries' academic representatives.

According to the ISMI Public Relations Report, The discussion about the expansion of scientific, educational, and research cooperation and the selection of new members of the executive committee of CINVU was one of the programs of this international event, which was held in person and virtually, hosted by Pakistan's Allama Iqbal Open University in the capital of this country.

The planning and organization of this international event has been done by the Islamic Strategic Management Institute in cooperation with CINVU Secretariat and Pakistan's Allama Iqbal Open University.

Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, the Islamic Strategic Management Institute founder and director, who also holds the position of executive strategic deputy and head of the permanent secretariat of CINVU, in this event, referring to the planning for CINVU transition from the infrastructure strengthening phase to the expansion of services and cooperation phase, said: Implementation of this network's members comprehensive cooperation by-law, which is based on the approach of the targeted expansion of international cooperation, will increase academic links, provide infrastructure and support technological and knowledge-based innovations, transfer knowledge and technology, and achieve educational justice and empower the underprivileged parts of the Islamic world.

He also pointed to the planning of the secretariat of CINVU to provide the infrastructure for the implementation of this regulation, which was written with the cooperation and effort of the Islamic Strategic Management Institute and added: It's now considered among the strategic advantages of this organization: A new educational and online learning system, an international document validity inquiry system, a currency exchange portal, creating facilitating processes and establishing international legal support which will be provided after the writing of the comprehensive regulation of cooperation, similar services, knowledge-based technologies transfer services, supporting the intellectual property rights of knowledge and technology, a website for online sales of knowledge-based science and technology products, support for applied research, exporting products, etc. to universities and scientific and educational institutions in the Islamic world.

Dr. Karimi Morid stated that the infrastructure of CINVU Members Comprehensive Cooperation has been provided and emphasized: The network's secretariat is ready to fully implement this regulation within 6 months after its approval and use its capacities to develop intelligent communication among members.

In the end, he considered the strong presence of universities and scientific and educational institutions, members of CINVU, in this international event as a reason for strengthening and increasing the level of cooperation and said: We intend to launch the future scientific developments of the Islamic world by activating the specialized committees of education, research, cultural, social, media and startups of the Supreme Strategic Council of the organization.
