The Islamic Strategic Management Institute (ISMI) and Iran's Organization for Development of International Cooperation in Science and Technology (CISTC), affiliated with the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology, and Knowledge-Based Economy of Iran, in cooperation with the Inter-Islamic Network on Nano-Technology (INN), have reached an understanding to initiate bilateral cooperation.

According to the ISMI Public Relations Report, Dr. Ali Karimi Morid, President of ISMI and Deputy for Executive Strategic Affairs of INN, in a meeting with the Head of CISTC, presented an overview of selected programs, the vision, and the capabilities of ISMI, Iran’s MERC, and INN.

During the meeting, Dr. Hossein Rouzbeh, Head of CISTC, emphasized the country’s readiness to initiate scholarly and innovative cooperation with ISMI and INN in order to promote the growth and advancement of the scientific standing of countries across the Islamic world.

He also highlighted the capabilities of INN through the academic super-application “Acalearn” as a notable knowledge-based achievement. This super-application is a knowledge-based product of ISMI, which is a member of INN and an incubated entity at Iran’s MERC.

Discussions on the mechanisms for bilateral cooperation in the transfer of knowledge, technology, and knowledge-based achievements of INN and its affiliated knowledge-based companies formed part of the program. The meeting was held with the participation of several senior managers of ISMI.
